심플 환율 계산기(Simple Currency Calculator, 이하 “앱”)는 환율 계산, 즐겨찾기 통화 관리, 계산 기록 저장, 광고 표시, 앱 품질 개선을 위해 아래와 같이 정보를 처리합니다.
1. 수집하거나 처리하는 정보
앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 제공하지 않으며, 이름, 전화번호, 주소, 연락처, 사진과 같은 직접 식별 정보를 앱 자체 서버로 수집하지 않습니다.
앱 사용 과정에서 다음 정보가 기기 또는 제3자 서비스에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
- 계산 기록: 사용자가 계산한 식과 결과는 기기 내에 저장됩니다.
- 즐겨찾기 통화, 선택한 통화, 테마 설정: 기기 내에 저장됩니다.
- 환율 캐시: 환율 표시를 위해 기기 내 Room 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다.
- 광고 관련 정보: Google AdMob이 광고 식별자, 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치, 광고 상호작용 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 분석 정보: Firebase Analytics가 앱 실행, 화면 조회, 사용 이벤트, 기기 및 앱 버전 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- 크래시 정보: Firebase Crashlytics가 오류 로그, 기기 모델, OS 버전, 앱 버전, 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

3. 환율 데이터
앱은 ExchangeRate-API를 출처로 하는 환율 정보를 사용합니다. 앱은 ExchangeRate-API를 직접 호출하지 않고, Firebase Cloud Functions가 갱신한 Firestore 문서를 읽어 환율 정보를 표시합니다.
사용자가 입력한 계산식, 계산 금액, 즐겨찾기 통화 목록은 환율 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 제공되는 환율은 참고용이며 실제 거래 환율과 다를 수 있습니다.
4. 광고 및 동의 관리
앱은 Google AdMob을 사용하여 광고를 표시합니다. 유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스, 미국 일부 주 등 개인정보 보호 규정이 적용되는 지역의 사용자는 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 통해 광고 개인화 및 개인정보 처리에 대한 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다.
광고 제공 과정에서 Google 및 Google의 광고 파트너가 쿠키에 준하는 모바일 식별자, 광고 ID, 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치, 광고 조회 및 클릭 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

앱은 다음 제3자 서비스를 사용합니다.

계산 기록과 환율 캐시는 사용자의 기기에 저장되며, 사용자가 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 제거될 수 있습니다. 즐겨찾기 통화, 선택한 통화, 테마 설정은 Android 백업 기능이 켜져 있는 경우 Google 백업 및 기기 이전 과정에서 복원될 수 있습니다.
7. 보관 기간
기기 내 데이터는 사용자가 직접 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, AdMob에서 처리되는 데이터는 각 서비스 제공자의 보관 정책에 따릅니다.

- 계산 기록은 앱 안에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 즐겨찾기 통화는 앱 안에서 추가하거나 제거할 수 있습니다.

- 기기 설정에서 광고 ID 재설정 또는 맞춤 광고 제한을 설정할 수 있습니다.
- 규정상 필요한 지역에서는 앱 안의 개인정보 및 광고 설정을 통해 광고 동의 선택을 관리할 수 있습니다.

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

Simple Currency Calculator (“the app”) provides currency conversion, favorite currency management, calculation history, advertising, analytics, and crash reporting features.
1. Information We Process
The app does not provide account registration or login, and we do not collect directly identifying information such as your name, phone number, address, contacts, or photos on our own app server.
- Calculation history is stored locally on your device.
- Favorite currencies, selected currencies, and theme preference are stored locally on your device.
- Exchange rate cache is stored locally in the app database.
- Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, and ad interaction data.
- Firebase Analytics may process app usage events, screen views, device information, and app version information.
- Firebase Crashlytics may process crash logs, device model, OS version, app version, and diagnostic information.

3. Exchange Rate Data
The app uses exchange rate information sourced from ExchangeRate-API. The app does not call ExchangeRate-API directly. Instead, it reads exchange rate documents updated by Firebase Cloud Functions in Firestore.
Calculation expressions, entered amounts, and favorite currency lists are not sent to the exchange rate server. Exchange rates are provided for reference only and may differ from actual transaction rates.
4. Ads and Consent
The app uses Google AdMob to display ads. Users in regions subject to privacy regulations, such as the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and certain U.S. states, may manage choices for ad personalization and data processing through Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
Google and its ad partners may process mobile identifiers, advertising IDs, device information, approximate location, and ad impression or click data when serving ads.

6. Local Storage and Backup
Calculation history and exchange rate cache are stored on your device and may be removed when you clear app data or uninstall the app. Favorite currencies, selected currencies, and theme preference may be restored through Google backup or device transfer if Android backup is enabled on your device.

Local data is retained until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Data processed by Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Google AdMob is retained according to each service provider's policies.

- You can delete calculation history in the app.
- You can add or remove favorite currencies in the app.
- You can change the app theme in settings.
- You can reset your advertising ID or limit ad personalization in your device settings.
- Where required by regulation, you can manage ad consent choices through the app's privacy and ad settings.

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
